Our Customers can go to their preferred drop-off location provided by Amazon, show the QR code, and then give the item to the store agent - no box or return label is needed.

Customers can access label-free, box-free returns at The UPS Store, Whole Foods, Amazon stores (Go and Fresh), and Staples stores. Return items within 30 days.

Refunds

You can choose to be refunded with your Amazon Gift Card which is faster or choose the original payment refunded which takes a few days with your bank.
